About RCA
Founding Scripture: “Let each generation tell its children of your mighty acts; let them proclaim your power.” Psalm 145:4
At River Christian Academy, we are more than just a school; we are a community of bold lions, embodying strength, courage, and honor. Our scripture, “the righteous are as bold as lions,” guides our mission to equip the next generation for the Kingdom.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of education to our community. We realize the importance of a Biblical environment, and we will partner with you to provide just that for your children.

Philosophy of Education
The principles of River Christian Academy are deeply rooted in scripture. All things are held to the standard of God’s Word.
A good learning environment is one in which there is a healthy relationship between the teacher and the student. Strong relationships make a difference in the learning process. A mutual respect between the teacher and the student minimizes disciplinary actions and behavioral issues. We believe rules without relationships result in rebellion.
We believe in advancing academic studies as well as opportunities for hands-on learning. Students should be educated not only from books and research but from the experience of doing. The greatest example of an educator is Jesus, who taught His disciples, walked out examples of what He taught and then sent them out to do what they had been educated to do.
Whether it be literature, science, history, athletics, or the arts – knowledge should be gained through the combination of studies and application.
Each student is blessed with great potential. They carry with them God given skills, unique talents, and purpose. River Christian Academy strives to create an environment that helps cultivate what a student possesses and gives them every tool possible to reach their goals.
